This is the fastest car ever made | fastest car in the world

The fastest car ever made is Rimac Nevera as of 2023.

Rimac Nevera is a fully electric supercar. This car is made in collaboration with Bugatti. They will make 150 cars of this model. And it will cost 2.4 million USD.

Rimac Nevera

The idea behind making this car was to make the fastest car possible so they did. The car made 23  world records and one of these records was the most world records broken in a day. A few of these records are given below:

World records broken:

* 0-60 mph in 1.74 seconds
* 0-100 mph in 3.2 seconds
* Quarter mile in 8.3 seconds
* 0-200 mph in 10 seconds
* 0-250-0 mph in under 30 seconds

      Marques Brownlee did a comparison of Rimac Nevera with the Porsche 911 Turbo S (which can do zero to 60 mph in under two and a half seconds). But it's not just that, he gave that 640 horsepower all-wheel drive Porsche a two-second head start in a 400-yard race. And guess what the Nevera beats the Porsche like it's nothing.

Battery, charging, and range:

This car has a 120-kilowatt-hour battery which is estimated to give about 300 miles of range on a full charge. While a fast charger can charge the battery up to 80% in 20 minutes.

Material and build quality:

According to Marques Brownlee each of this car's parts is made is made of high-quality material. Everything in this car is either carbon fiber or metal. There is not a ton of dampening noise isolation or foam.

Speed modes:

This car has three modes which you can switch between depending on the amount of speed you need. The first mode is range mode made for casual driving, the suspensions become soft and the steering becomes light. The other is sport mode and track mode made for higher speed ranges.

Conclusion:

The Rimac Nevera has direct and immediate control over exactly how fast you're going at any moment. The lag is just non-existent.
